Al Deem Townhomes

Aldar has announced the launch of 450 new townhomes in the Al Deem neighborhood, northeast of Yas Island, exclusively for UAE nationals. Sales begin September 12, with homes designed to balance modern living and traditional Emirati values.

The community features 3–4 bedroom residences, each with a majlis, multiple entrances, and generous layouts for privacy and comfort. Notably, it also introduces 26 innovative live-work townhomes, the first of their kind in the UAE, offering private family areas above and commercial space below.

As the seventh cluster in Al Deem’s master plan, the project builds on Abu Dhabi’s national housing program, where over 1,700 homes have already been delivered across six clusters. The new release gives Emiratis the chance to live near relatives from earlier phases.

Enhanced connectivity will soon link Al Deem directly to Yas Island through two new bridges, offering seamless access to Yas Marina, Yas Mall, Ferrari World, Yas Waterworld, and Zayed International Airport.
